Netflix and VPN services are in a state of war since 2016, with bazookas of geo-restriction and tanks of encryption the war is not over yet. There are still a few that have survived and stand tall against Netflix. Netflix announced that it would block VPNs which allowed viewers outside the United States to access the American library.
